| 摘 要： | 民营企业融资困难和其自身较低的信用等级的矛盾严重限制了民营企业的发展。矛盾根源在于民营企业融资投资时需要支付额外成本,而规模较大民营企业的额外成本较低。民营企业为了追求规模,倾向于高风险项目,过度投资,从而人为增大了投资风险。本文用模型证明了这一命题。

| Abstract: | The problems between the difficult financing for private firms and their low credit restrict their development.The source of the problems is that their investing behavior is biased because of their additional cost on financing and investing,while the additional cost in large firms is lower.Therefore they pursue large scale and choose high-revenue and high-risk projects for their best,which amplifies the risk artificially.The conclusion is proved by a model. |
