| 摘 要： | 学习动机是直接推动学生活动的内部心理动力.它是以心理学动机原理为依据,创造出来的有效的教学形式.面对中日关系的发展状况和中国的“入世“,跨文化的交往日益频繁的实际,以动机原理的方式培养厚基础、宽口径、高质量的跨文化交际能力的复合型人才有其十分重大的社会意义.

| Abstract: | Motivation theory is a theory that aims to inspire students' self desire to learn. This effective teaching model is based on psychology, educational science and philosophy. With the development of Sino-Japanese relations,China's entry to WTO,and with the multinational operation of enerprises,and frequent international communicatins,it becomes more and more important to cultivate such personnel with firm basic knowledge and wide adaptability,who are high quality compound personnel with multi-national communication ability. |
