江泽民培养领导人才创新思想初探

摘    要:江泽民同志继承和发展了毛泽东、邓小平等老一辈无产阶级革命家关于培养选拔革命事业接班人的思想,提出并形成了一整套培养领导人才的创新思想:思想认识的飞跃,把培养优秀领导人才作为决定党和国家兴衰存亡的战略任务;选拔机制的创新,不断深化干部制度改革,倡导建立和完善选拔领导人才的良好机制;培养方法的革命,在主观与客观、理论与实践的结合上探索培养领导人才的最佳途径。

Abstract:Comrade Jiang Zemin inherites and developes the thoughts of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and other proletarian revolutionists on cultivating revolutionary successors, puts forward the innovative thoughts: improved ideology, which is helpful to put the leader-training mission into a strategy; innovative selecting-system, which is helpful to set up and make perfect selecting system; revolution of cultivating methods, which explores best ways to cultivate leaders with the combination of subjective world and objective reality, as well as theories and practice.
