| 摘 要： | 运用数据包络分析模型,对2000—2009年北京都市型现代农业发展水平进行了实证研究。结果表明:在2000—2009年期间的大多数年份中,北京都市型农业的经济功能效率为DEA有效,总体效率、规模效率及纯技术效率均较高,而其生态功能效率相对较低;北京都市型现代农业仍存在投入规模过大、结构不合理等问题。最后提出了相关的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the DEA model,this paper evaluates the development levels of urban modern agriculture in Beijing from 2000 to 2009.The results show as follows:the economic function of urban modern agriculture in Beijing in most of years during 2000-2009 is DEA efficiency,and total efficiency,scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency are all higher,but the efficiency of ecological function of urban modern agriculture in Beijing is lower;excessive input and irrational structure still exist in most of years during 2000-2009.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions. |
