| 摘 要： | 以风险项目产生的现金流为基础,建立了针对风险投资家和风险企业家的风险投资最优退出时机的一般模型。分析了不同的退出方式所产生的退出费用损益,分别讨论了在不同的退出方式下风险投资家和风险企业的最优风险投资退出时机模型。

| Abstract: | Based on the cash flow of venture capital project,this paper establishes the general model of optimal timing of exiting venture capital for venture capitalists and venture entrepreneurs.The optimal exit timing in the different exit modes of venture capital for both of them have been calculated to provide useful information for making decision. |
