工业结构与碳排放的关联性——基于江苏省的实证分析

结合江苏省工业部门的碳排放情况,基于一种改进的灰色关联度模型,测算并分析了江苏省的工业内部结构与其碳排放之间的关联性。结果表明:江苏省的工业结构与碳排放之间总体上呈较强的相关性,但各工业行业产值与碳排放量的关联程度存在一定差异,主要取决于各行业的特性、生产和节能技术水平、发展阶段等因素。最后提出,在制定工业部门的低碳调整目标时,除了应重点关注各工业行业的碳排放影响力外,还必须考虑上述因素。

Relevance between Industrial Structure and Carbon Emission： Empirical Analysis on Jiangsu Province

According to the status quo of carbon emission of industrial sectors in Jiangsu province,based on an improved grey correlation model,this paper calculates and analyzes the relevance between industrial structure and carbon emission in Jiangsu.The results show as follows:on the whole,there is a strong correlation between industrial structure and carbon emission in Jiangsu,but there exists the difference in the relevance for various industry sectors,which results from industrial feature,the level of production and energy-saving technique,development stage and so on.Finally,it proposes that,when setting the adjustment target of industrial structure,the influence of various industry sectors on carbon emissions should be paid close attention to,besides,the above factors couldn’t be ignored.
