| 摘 要： | 构建了区域知识产权保护强度指标来测度地区知识产权保护因素;借鉴专利生产理论,探讨了预测一个地区或产业的专利申请量的方法,并以江苏省为例,对该方法进行了验证。结果显示,运用该方法能有效预测一地区或产业的专利申请量。

| Abstract: | This paper constructs the index of regional intellectual property right protection,and discusses a method of forecasting regional or industrial patent application based on intellectual property right protection through using for reference of the patent production theory.Then it takes Jiangsu province as an example to verify this method.The result shows that the effect of this method on forecasting regional or industrial patent application is very good. |
