| Abstract: | Based on the research on open innovation,this paper explores the mechanism and influence factors of technology transfer in open innovation from the perspective of network embeddedness,and reveals the effect mechanism of desorptive capacity in the process of technology transfer,and constructs the research framework of outward technology transfer,which provides the theoretical basis for the enterprises practicing outward technology transfer and innovation. |
