| Abstract: | In the course of reform and the certain degree reorganization,the Chinese telecommunication has formed the certain structure and the scale,and made the important contribution to China's national economy development.However,we also must see that the telecommunication market in present also has many problems,which need to be solved through the reform.Regarding the reorganization,we should see its complexity,prove the feasibility of the plan in every way.Facing up to the vacancy of the Chinese telecommunication control and the imperfection of law,we must complete the next round reorganization task in persisting the market method as the guidance and the government administration method as the leadership. |
