| 摘 要： | 在建立雨洪资源利用经济社会效益指标体系的基础上,以白城市为例,识别和构建其雨洪资源利用经济社会效益体系;利用可变模糊识别模型对其进行效益评估,分析比较白城市雨洪资源利用年前后经济社会发展趋势,为今后雨洪利用和发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Taking Baicheng region as example, based on the constructed economic social benefit index system of stormwater resources utilization, this paper identifies and builds the economic social benefit index system of Baicheng region and evaluates the benefits with the variable fuzzy recognition model. Compared the trend of economic social benefit development pre and post utilization ofstormwater resources in Baicheng region can provide the reference for the utilization and development of stormwater resources in the future. |
