| 摘 要： | 经济危机是一个反复出现的现象,其本身是一个市场问题,一个市场失败的问题。市场经济本身并不是十全十美的,只是相对计划经济而言它是"最优、最大、最好"的。经济危机的影响完全依靠市场是无法解决的,需政府的宏观调控政策才能烫平经济的波动。

| Abstract: | As a recurring problem,the economic crisis is both the matter of market and market failure.The market economy itself is far from perfect and is only relatively superior to planned economy as being the "best,largest,optimized" system.The effect of economic crisis can not be resolved by the market alone but with the government's macroeconomic adjustment policies. |
