| 摘 要： | 阐述了合肥市中小企业发展所具有的优势,着重分析了中小企业的现状及发展中存在的主要问题,在此基础上,从政府支持、提高中小企业自身素质、加强投资控制、拓展融资渠道、加强中介服务机构建设和营造良好的外部环境等方面探讨了促进合肥市中小企业发展的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the current developing superiority of SME in Hefei , analyzes the situations and main problems. According to the above analysis, some corresponding countermeasures are proposed in these aspects as government supporting, improving the quality of SME, strengthening the control of investment, extending funding channels, enhancing the construction of intermediary institutions and creating a favorable external environment. |
