| Abstract: | The overall-cost leading strategy is one of three types of basic competitive strategies which were proposed by Porter. In his opinion, there is only one vender that can reach overall-cost leadership in the industry. However, the rigorous derivation and proof has not been provided yet. Whether the overall-cost leadership in the industry unique or not would be studied here based on the related theory of economics and antitrust-law. |
