| 摘 要： | 根据中国入世承诺,中国保险业监督管理委员会于2003年12月11日发布公告,自即日起允许外资财产险公司经营除法定保险业务以外的全部非寿险业务,从此外资保险公司可经营除法定保险业务以外的全部保险业务.我国再保险业将面临更加激烈的来自国际同业的竞争,如何发展民族再保险业引人注目.

| Abstract: | According to the commitment of China in WTO,on 11~(th)/Decembere/2003,China Insurance Regulatory commission(CIRC)announced the admission of all kinds of life insurance except some legal insurance business for foreign property insurance company.From then on re-insurance industry in China will face the competition from foreign counterparts,and we should consider the development of this national industry. |
