创建学习型企业促进地勘经济协调发展

华北有色地质勘查局综合普查大队 ,即华冠实业总公司 ,自 2 0 0 1年开始建立华冠管理模式 ,积极推进职工素质提高 ,实施技术创新、管理创新 ,创建学习型企业 ,促进了地勘经济的快速发展。文章介绍了华冠实业总公司创建学习型企业的主要做法 ,华冠管理模式的主要内容。指出华冠管理模式是地勘单位转企改制及企业管理的经验总结 ,是促进地勘经济快速发展的有效办法之一。

Establish Study- typed Enterprise and Promote the Coordinated Growth of Geological Prospecting Economy

Huaguan management mode is established in the Team of Comprehensive Survey under Geological Prospecting Administration in North China since 2001. For promoting the growth of geological prospecting economy, Many specific methods have been done: promote the quality of labor force, carry out technical and management innovation, establish study-typed enterprise, which promote the fast growth of geological prospecting economy. The paper introduces the main practice and content of management modes in Huaguan Industrial Corporation and its successful experience in restructuring of enterprise.
