冷冻胶粉在橡胶中应用的表面活化研究

摘    要:冷冻胶粉直接掺入到橡胶胶料中,由于它与基质胶的相容性差,使胶料的力学性能损失较大。用促进剂活化后,改善了胶粉在胶料中的分散性,提高了其与基质胶的界面结合能力,使胶料的力学性能有了较大的改善。另外,由于活化用的促进剂与原配方的使用的促进剂一致,因而对原配方体系的影响较小。

Abstract:As the bad compatibility of cryogenic recycled powder with nature rubber or synthetic rubber,when it was added into nature or synthetic compounds,the mechanical properties would be badly damaged.If it was activated by accelerating agent,and its decentrality in the rubber compounds would be improved,and its interface bond with the nature rubber or synthetic rubber would also be enhanced,and thus the mechanical properties of the rubber compounds were greatly increased.In addition,as the accelerating agent is in accordance with the agent used in the rubber compounds,the effect on the rubber compounds is lesser.
