| 摘 要： | 本文分析了货币供给的来源,指出我国目前的外汇管理体制导致央行难以有效地控制货币供给,特别是基础货币的供给,提出了改进汇率形成机制、深化外汇管理体制改革的设想和方法。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the sources of money supply, indicates that the current foreign exchange administration system leads to the ineffective control of the Central Bank on money supply, especially the supply of base money, and raises the notions and ways of improving the system of exchange rate and deepening of the reform of foreign exchange administration system. |
