浅析企业并购整合中的薪酬冲突

摘    要:企业并购中薪酬整合的冲突主要体现在薪酬结构、薪酬文化的冲突,心理契约重构和公平感失衡等几个方面。为实施战略性人力资源管理策略,应制定适宜薪酬整合策略、重构并购薪酬文化价值观、加强沟通和科学合理地设计薪酬体系,以保证并购活动的顺畅和高效。

Abstract:The conflict of pay integration in enterprises merge reflects mainly some aspects,such as payment structure,conflict of payment culture,reconstruction of psychological contract and fair sensation's imbalance etc.We can try best to executing the strategic human resource strntegy,making up the suitable pay integration strategy,reconstructing the payculture values,strengthening the communication and designing scientifically and reasonably the pay system to ensure the smooth and efficiency of the merger activity.
