| 摘 要： | 通过对中国区域发展的历史演化进行分析，研究了天津滨海新区作为北方发展特区所面临的机遇与挑战，认为滨海新区基本上是一个传统产业密集的地区，要在新时期获得快速发展，仅依靠政府的支持是不够的，需要加强产业升级、地区资源集成，并注意利用全球的科技资源，加强产学研合作。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the historical evolvement of Chinese regional development,this paper studies opportunities and challenges that Binhai E- conomic-technological development area is facing as a special economic zone in north China.It considers that the government's support alone is in- sufficient to gain rapid development in the new period for Binhai,and it should strengthen industrial upgrade and regional resources integration, use effectively global technology resources,and attach importance to the cooperation of industry,university and research institute. |
