| Abstract: | In Tokyo, the numbers of government of ficial car are awe-inspiring less. There are 10,000 civil servants in the entire metropolitan hall, but the numbers of official cars are only 10 or so. It is quite common to see the government officials in the Tokyo tram and subway. |
