| 摘 要： | 从理论逻辑上讲,资本项目开放是加快人民币国际化进程、摆脱非国际货币债权国困境的必要。从实证分析来看,资本项目开放有利于我国国民财富增长。从国际比较来看,我国目前的资本项目开放度较低,具有较大的提升空间,开放条件也基本具备。关键的问题在于释除各种担心,同时采取渐进的开放策略和适当的国际资本流动调控策略。

| Abstract: | Capital Account Liberalization is essential for RMB internationalization and getting rid of the creditor plight in the theory.It will also help our national wealth growth according to empirical analysis.China′s level of capital account liberalization is lower compared to other countries.There is a great space and good condition to improve.The key is eliminating the worries and taking the way of gradual liberalization and appropriate policy on the control of international capital flows. |
