从开放社会维度谈正义的迷失之源

“正义”一词源于柏拉图且对后世政治理论影响深远。柏拉图为了建构没有变化的理想国而主张实行森严的等级制度和个人服从国家的绝对信仰,而这些恰恰是与以平等主义和个人主义为核心的人文主义的正义理念完全相反的,并且他不但从理论建构上曲解了而且从背叛苏格拉底的实践上彻底地践踏了正义,这是正义迷失之源。

Discussion on the reasons of justice-loss in the view of open society

Justice comes of Plato and influences deeply the succeeding political theory.In order to construct the ideal country without change,Plato held to carry out strict hierarchical system and absolute belief that individual obeys to country,whereas these oppose the humanism justice which takes equality and individualism as core.Moreover,Plato misinterpreted the justice on the theory but also overrode completely the justice in the practice of betraying Socrates.This is the reason of justice-loss.Plato's mistake,lose the thing wanted to insist on during insisting on,exist also in present society in certain degree.So,we should learn a lesson.
