摘 要: | 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,企业与企业之间的竞争越来越表现为人才的竞争。人力资源的开发与管理在企业管理中的地位尤为显得重要,那么如何引导和积极地推进人力资源的开发与管理工作呢?其中很重要的一环是人力资源管理绩效的综合评价。研究人力资源管理评价指标,探讨模糊数学在人力资源管理评价中的应用,构建人力资源管理模糊综合评价模型,为加强公司人力资源管理提供了依据。

The Application Study of Fuzzy Mathematics in Evaluating Human Resources Management Performance |

Abstract: | Along with the acceleration of the economic globalization the competition among enterprises is actually the competition of talents. The development and management of human resource is getting very important. Then how to propel the work positively remains a question. One of important links is the synthetic evaluation of management performance on human resource. Based on the study of human resources management evaluation index, this paper discusses the application of fuzzy mathematics to evaluating performance of human resources management. We establish a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate performance of human resources management. This paper demonstrates the process of evaluation with an example. The result of evaluation provides the reasons for the strengthening of ethic construction. |
