2,4-二氯甲苯生产装置的工艺改进

摘    要:针对当前2,4-二氯甲苯生产装置中存在的主要工艺问题,通过改进氯化合成工艺,采用先进的精馏技术,使氯化反应收率达到78%,氯气利用率达到94%,系统蒸汽消耗和电耗明显下降,从而有效地降低了生产成本,减轻了设备腐蚀和环境污染,经济效益和社会效益显著,具有很好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:According to the main problem of current synthesis process of 2,4 -dichlorotoluene,through improving chlorinated synthesis process,using advanced rectification technology,the reaction yield of chlorine is raised to 78%,and the utilization ratio of chlorine is now raised to 94%,the system consumption of steam and electricity is also reduced.There- fore,production cost is cut down,corrosion and pollution is minimized.All this indicates that the improvement is of remarka- ble economic and social benefits with prospects of being applied extensively.
