| 摘 要： | 电子商务深刻影响着快递业发展模式,快递企业急需创新管理与业务流程。为此作者提出四项设想,具体包括：建立快递与电子商务平台的协同机制;整合铁路系统的运输资源;低成本开发派送代理点;制定渐进稳妥的分拣技术演进方案等。仅做了初步探讨,部分观点还存在争议,下一步将做更严密的分析论证。

| Abstract: | The development pattern of express delivery industry is deeply influenced by electronic commerce.Express delivery enterprises is hoped to make innovation on management and business process.This paper proposes four suggestions which include establishing a coordination mechanism between express delivery industry and electronic commerce platform,integrating carriage resource in railway system,building dispatch agent point within acceptable cost and setting up an evolutional solution of sorting techniques.The paper has given preliminary discussions while controversy exists on some viewpoints,and that would be the future work. |
