| 摘 要： | 拣选作业的效率直接影响配送中心对客户订单履行的效率。运用EIQ分析法对订单出货材料进行分析,找出客户的订单特点,确定有效的拣选策略。运用有效的拣选策略可以提高订单的拣选效率和顾客的满意度。

| Abstract: | The efficiency of order chosen directly affect effectively of the distribution center to fulfill the order.By analyzing the order and the shipment material,using the method of EIQ analyzing,we find out the customer＇s order characteristics and determine the effective chosen strategy.Through use of the effective picking strategy,we can improve the efficiency of picking and satisfaction of orders for customer. |
