| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的今天,企业物流已呈现网络化、专业化和标准化的特征,物流成本管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素。分析了物流成本的构成,说明了物流成本控制的必要性,通过对我国企业物流成本管理现状及存在问题的分析,研究了物流成本控制的基本对策。

| Abstract: | In the globalization,the company is of characteristic of specialization and standardization.The control of logistic cost has become the key point for the company to gain the strength.The paper analyzes the content of logistics cost and state the necessity of the control of logistic cost.By doing research on the situation of the control of logistics cost in companies in China,the paper tries to find the strategy about the control of logistics cost. |
