航天三院型号物资“五统一”的发展历程

改革开放30年来,航天三院的物资管理走过了＂集中管理-分散管理-统一管理＂历程。集团公司成立以后,航天三院开始大力推行型号物资＂五统一＂,并在实践中不断创新,丰富了＂五统一＂的内涵。目前,航天三院绝大多数外购物资都已实行＂五统一＂管理。同时,通过业务流程再造、建立质量管理体系和信息管理系统,提高了航天三院物资管理水平,确保了科研生产物资供应,在3年专项生产任务完成过程中发挥了很好的作用,取得了很好的效果。
