| 摘 要： | 随着国际形势变化和国内经济发展,航天五院开始承担批生产任务。首先分析了航天五院总装与试验多项目供应链问题,然后规划了以总装和试验为中心节点的供应链管理体系的合理构建,最后提出了总装与试验多项目供应链的实施措施,以保证研制和生产多项目任务的并行实施。

| Abstract: | With the development of changing international situation and domestic economy,the fifth research institute of CASIC began to assume wholesale production task.This paper analyzes the problems of its supply chain and then builds management system of supply chain based on experiment.at last,the paper suggests implementing measures on how to conduct multi-project supply chain planning to ensure the development and production of multi-project tasks in parallel. |
