摘    要:乳液燃料作为新型、清洁、可替代石油的燃料开发前景广阔。本文综述了近年来国外专利对影响重油乳液燃料稳定性的重要因素之一——粒子尺寸分布的最新研究成果。指出重油粒子尺寸分布有一个状态、分布状态函数n 可由Rosin-Ram m ler分布函数得到。当n 值在0.8~1.3之间时所得乳液燃料性能卓越。此时,乳液燃料既有高重油浓度,可提供高热值,燃料粘度也较低,易操作,流动性好,同时稳定性能也很好。

Abstract:As a new type and clean fuel,emulsion fuel as a substitute fuel for petroleum has a wide development prospect.This paper summaries one of the most important factor systematically influences on emulsion fuels stability——the modern research result of particle size distribution.It is pointed that the particle size distribution of the heavy oil phase exists an optimal distribution.The distribution constant n is determined from Rosin Rammler distribution function.When the number of n is 0.8~1.3,we can get an excellent fuel.It has high heavy oil concentration,and provides a high heat value,it has a low viscosity and easy to operate,and its fluidity and stability are better as well.
