| 摘 要： | 本文对浙江省、江苏省、湖南省全面建成小康社会法治目标具体做法进行实证分析的基础上,提出了我国其他地区在全面建成小康社会法治目标过程中要做实做细统计监测工作、查准问题分类推进、坚持群众路线、加强制度建设工作的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis the method of Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Hunan Provinces building well-off society law target, the article put forward that we should be careful to do a solid monitoring, precision problem, classification advance, adhere to the mass line, strengthen the system construction in the process of construction well-off society law target in other regions. |
