| 摘 要： | 国有小企业改革是我国企业改革的重要组成部分，以小企业为突破口，从而加快全面深化我国企业改革的进程，是从整体上搞好国有经济的重要战略措施。本文对进一步深化我国国有小企业的改革的有关问题，如国有小企业改革的总体思路、改革的突破点及操作规范、相关措施等问题提出了几点看法。

| Abstract: | Small state owned industries are the important part of our enterprises. In order to fasten the steps of overall reform of our enterprises, to take the small industries as a breakthrough is an important tactic measure for good improvement of the state economy. The paper puts forward some viewpoints on the problems about the further reform of our small state owned industries, such as the general considerations of the reform, the breakthrough, the practising regulations and some related measures. |
