进入21世纪以来,特别是金融危机以来,世界主要国家掀起了一轮以清洁能源投资为主要内容的能源经济革命,国际清洁能源投资规模迅速增长,并呈多元化发展趋势。在此背景下,我国清洁能源投资亦大幅增长,但同时也存在融资困难、研发能力不足、投资缺乏整体规划等问题,为此,应制定科学的产业发展规划,健全相关的法规和政策,拓宽融资渠道,加快推动科技创新,降低生产成本,以促进我国清洁能源产业的发展。

Entering the 21st century,especially since the financial crisis,the major countries raised round the world in clean energy investment as the main contents of the energy economic revolution.International clean energy investment scale rapid growth and a diverse development trend.In this context,our clean energy investment also sharply increased,but it also has some problems such as financing difficulties,research and development ability insufficiency,lack of overall planning investment.Therefore,We should formulate the scientific industry development planning and relevant regulations and policies,to broaden the financing channels,accelerate innovation promoting technology,reduce the production cost in order to promote the development of clean energy investment in China.
