浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定煤质活性炭中镉含量

摘    要:煤质活性炭样品在微波消解仪中进行消解,采取浊点萃取进行处理,将待测元素有效收集,用火焰原子吸收光谱仪进行测定。试验中采取双硫腙为络合剂,以非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100为萃取剂,选取测试效果最佳的元素分析谱线,优化原子吸收分析条件,采用基体匹配法消除其他元素的干扰,测定镉的检出限为0.003μg/mL。此方法用于分析煤质活性炭试样中镉含量,结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.71%,回收率为103%。

Abstract:The activated carbon sample digested by microwave digestion, taking the cloud point extraction for processing, effectively collected the element under test,, the test solutions were determined by FAAS. Using dithizone as complexing agent and Triton X-100 non-ionic surface active agent as the extractant, selecting optimal test line for element analysis, optimizing the conditions of FAAS, using the matrix matching method to eliminate the interference of other elements, the detection limit was 0.003μg/mL. The values of RSD's (n=6) was 0.71%, and recovery, 103%for this method respectively.
