| Abstract: | This paper analyse positively the relationship between investment in capital construction and innovation and economic increase in the period of from 1953-1999,and come to the conclusion that we whould decide rationally the proportion of investment in capital construction to innovation to advance industrial structure and realize sustainable,healthy economic increase. |
