| 摘 要： | 本文从普通高校资源配置效率内涵出发，根据实际情况提出了国防教育配置效率的指标体系，研究了人力资源配置，财力资源，物力资源指标体系，进一步分析了国防教育开展情况、人才培养质量等方面的资源配置指标体系。在此基础上，探究了利用该指标体系对国防教育资源的评价方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of the term,this paper puts forward the index system of resources allocation of national defense education(NDE) according to China's condition including the allocation of human resources,financial resources and material resources.Moreover,it makes detailed analysis of the index of NDE development and talents training etc.Then,this paper applies it to the resources allocating efficiency of China's NDE. |
