| 摘 要： | 区域高校科技资源共享,研究的是同一行政区域内的多所高校实现科技资源同城共享的理论与实践问题,目的是为了合理配置和有效利用高校的教学科研资源,充分发挥科技资源在教学科研和社会服务中的重要作用,提高资源使用效益和经济效益,实现高校科技资源与社会需求的有效对接。系统分析了区域高校科技资源校际、校地共享的价值意义,提出了平台的设计思路,对系统设计、体制与机制等问题进行了深入研究,并对平台的运行进行了展望。
