| 摘 要： | 在信息时代,组织毗邻的概念越来越为人们所重视,地理空间的限制、传统意义上的企业集群已不能满足现代经济发展的需要,所以文章大胆的提出企业集群虚拟化的概念,阐述了虚拟企业集群的模式,以及进行了参与博弈各方的动力和收益分析.

| Abstract: | In the information time,the organization adjoining concept more and more takes for the people,the geography space is limited,in the traditional significance enterprise colony has not been able to satisfy modern economy,therefore the article bold proposed the Virtual Enterprises Cluster concept,elaborated the Virtual Enterprises Cluster's pattern,as well as carried on participated in gambling all quarters the power and the income analysis. |
