| 摘 要： | 在实施素质教育的今天，学校教育提出弹性教育理念是必然的，弹性教育理念要求学校教育体察学生的潜能，尊重学生的兴趣。本具体分析了影响弹性教育质量的三个方面的主要因素，并提出在应用弹性教育时应注意两个问题。

| Abstract: | With the implementing of education for all-around development today,it is inevitable that school education put forward flexible deuctaional concept.The flexible educational concept ask school education to observe the stuents's potential,and to respect the interests of students.This paper has analysed the major factors in 3 aspects of influencing the flexible deucational quality,at the same time,it puts forward the two noticeable problems in application of the flexible education. |
