我国民营企业发展战略管理存在的问题与对策

我国民营企业在经过了20多年的蓬勃发展后,无论是在数量、规模、还是资金方面都已今非昔比。但同时我们也清楚地看到,我国民营企业的“短命”与国际民营企业的长盛不衰形成了鲜明的对比。作者认为造成我国民营企业“短命”现象的深层次原因是忽视发展战略管理所造成的,在分析了我国民营企业在发展战略制定、实施、控制、调整等方面存在的问题之后,并针对问题提出了相应的对策。

Problems in Development Strategy Management of Private Enterprises and Countermeasures

After more than 20 years' development, the private enterprises in China have made great progress in the aspects of scale, number and capital. At the same time, the life of the private enterprises is shorter than that of international private enterprises. In the author's opinion, that China's private enterprises are short-life is that they neglect strategy management. After analyzing the private enterprises' shortcomings in making out, implementing and controlling development strategy, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
