| 摘 要： | 先简要介绍我国家电物流的发展特点,然后对目前我国家电行业中具有代表性的几种物流运作模式.比如,海尔模式、安得模式、安泰达模式、长虹模式和伊莱克斯模式进行介绍和评价,由此对我国家电企业物流外包的利弊进行分析,认为家电企业的物流模式应该选择外包.

| Abstract: | Firstly,the logistics feature of household appliances is described. Then the representative logistics models in our country, such as Haier model, Annto-logistics model, Attend-logistics model, etc, are introduced and analysed. The 3PL model is the best choice for the manufacturers of household appliances on the basis of the analysis of advantage and disadvantage of the 3PL. |
