| Abstract: | In order to revitalize the real estate industry in the northeast old industrial base, the industry base is solid, the government policies are favorable, the material resources and human resources are abundant. It is put forward that the real estate industry system should be improved, the enterprise-owned capital should be enhanced, the demand should be encouraged to meet supply, the housing industrialization should be developed. |
