| 摘 要： | 我国军队信息化建设的战略选择是:加速完成机械化,积极推进信息化;改革军队体制编制;借鉴发达国家的技术和经验,发挥“后发优势”;贯彻“军民结合”和“民技军用”的方针;改革国防科技工业管理体制,提升信息化武器装备水平;加强信息动员系统的建设;加快军队信息化人才的培养。

| Abstract: | The strategic selection of informationalization construction in our armed force is to step up accomplishing mechanization and promote positively informationalization;to reform the footing for the system of the armed force;to introduce the technology and experience from the developed countries,and give full play to "the Late Advantages";to strengthen the guideline of "the Combination the Military with Civilian"and "Exerting Civil Technology on Military Affairs";to reform the administration system of the scientific and technical industry for the national defense;to strengthen the building of information mobilization system;to speed up cultivating the informationalization talented people in armed force. |
