基于模糊综合评价的乡村旅游品质提升研究—以铜仁市九龙村为例

采用层次分析法(AHP)构建乡村旅游服务质量评价体系,利用模糊综合评价法对九龙村乡村旅游服务质量进行测量.研究表明,九龙村乡村旅游服务质量综合得分为3.7044分,介于"一般"和"满意"之间,其中旅游支撑系统、旅游服务得分相对较低,突出体现在旅游景区的文娱设施建设、获取旅游资讯便捷性、娱乐活动丰富性方面存在不足.因此,在乡村旅游服务品质提升的背景下提出以下对策建议:强化民俗体验,丰富娱乐活动;"旅游+"融合发展,培育旅游业态;挖掘文化内涵,营造文化氛围;建立智慧网络,提升公共服务.

Study on the Quality of Rural Tourism Service from the Perspective of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation: Taking Jiulong in Tongren City as an example

Taking Jiulong village, Bijiang District, Tongren City, Guizhou Province as an example, uses AHP to construct the evaluation system of rural tourism service quality, and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the service quality of rural tourism in Jiulong village. The results show that the comprehensive score of rural tourism service quality of Jiulong village is 3.7044, which is between "general" and "satisfactory". The score of tourism support system and tourism service is relatively low, which is mainly reflected in the deficiencies in the construction of cultural and recreational facilities, the convenience of obtaining tourism information and the richness of entertainment activities. Therefore, under the background of improving the service quality of rural tourism, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: strengthen folk custom experience, enrich entertainment activities; "tourism plus" integrated development, cultivate tourism formats; excavate cultural connotation, create cultural atmosphere; establish smart network to improve public service.
