| 摘 要： | 本文从注意能力概念的界定和期待可能性基本理论的阐释入手,探讨了注意能力与期待可能性的关系.关于注意能力,本文持"个体能力说并认识能力与避免能力说"观点,注意能力与期待可能性的关系,并不是成正比例的对应关系,我们应当审慎引进期待可能性理论.

| Abstract: | This paper probes the relationship between ability of care and anticipated possibility by defining ability of care and expounding the basic theory of anticipated possibility. Concerning ability of care, it holds the view that is individual ability theory, cognitive ability theory and avoiding ability theory. We should use ability of care and anticipated possibility prudently because they are not in direct ratio. |
