| 摘 要： | 二十世纪九十年代以来 ,经济全球化作为不可逆转的历史潮流 ,正在深刻地影响和改变着整个世界。中国作为发展中国家 ,如何面对这一历史进程 ,文章通过对经济全球化的特点、实质以及对中国所面临的风险、机遇与挑战的分析 ,提出了经济全球化进程中我国的对策。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s economic globalization is an invertable trend and it influences and changes the world dramatically. Facing the historical process,China,as a developing country, must meet this challenge. The author suggests some countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and essence of the economic globalization. |
