| 摘 要： | 财务管理是企业经营管理的重要内容,是决定企业成败的关键因素。本文通过对企业财务管理能力的分析,建立了一个基于能力改进的企业财务管理模式层级,并指出企业各级财务管理模式在应用中应注意的问题,以期为企业提高其财务管理能力提供一套简便、快捷的分析与实施工具。
