企业软实力理论研究的文献综述

摘    要:近年来,国内学者关于企业软实力的研究丰富了传统企业能力理论,有望调和东西方战略范式的冲突,成为连结两种战略思想的桥梁。企业软实力理论使企业资源的种类更加多样化,并强调潜在软实力与现实软实力之间的转化过程,从动态角度弥补了传统资源观的不足。当前对企业软实力理论的研究主要围绕企业软实力形成的影响因素(机理)或作用机理、企业软实力的结构模型和评价指标体系的构建以及企业软实力的培育三方面的主题展开,对软实力内涵、作用机理等层面的研究还缺乏系统深入的思考,对软实力评价与测量的研究相对较少,尚无法形成一套相对较为成熟的软实力管理理论。

Abstract:In recent years,domestic studies on enterprise soft power have enriched the traditional theory on enterprise capability,hopefully will mediate the strategy paradigm conflict between the East and the West and become the link of the two strategic thoughts.Enterprise soft power theory makes up for the traditional enterprise resource view in dynamic manners by diversifying the variety of enterprise resource and stressing on the transformation of the potential soft power into the actual soft power of an enterprise.At present,researches on this theory mainly focus on factors influencing the shaping of soft power,the construction of structural models and evaluation index systems,and fostering enterprise soft power.However,studies of connotation and function mechanism of soft power are insufficient;studies on assessment or measurement of soft power are relatively less;no well-developed soft power management theory is established.
