| 摘 要： | 针对油田企业物资采购存在的质量问题,分析了中国石油各企业在围绕全面推行集中采购理念的宗旨下,加强物资采购质量管理精细化的必要性,提出了物资采购质量精细化的措施和方法,为中国石油建立综合性国际能源公司在物资管理方面提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | In view of the quality problems in the material purchase of petroleum enterprises,an analysis focuses on the necessity of strengthening fineness of material purchase management in petroleum enterprises under the purpose of applying the idea of centralized purchase widely.Then some measures and methods of making material purchase quality more fined are presented,which provides some experiences at the aspect of material management for China Petroleum Company to build up the comprehensive international energy corporation. |
