| 摘 要： | 粮食安全是关系到经济发展、社会稳定甚至关系到国家存亡的重大问题。文章对我国当前和未来一段时间的粮食安全形势作了分析判断 ,全面总结了新中国成立以来保证粮食安全的历史经验 ,提出了借鉴历史经验保证粮食安全的对策建议
